As we continue to grow our team, we are currently looking for Foreman/Journeyman Electricians to run our new construction projects. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Run a crew of 2-10 guys in the multifamily and residential space
- Coordinate with project managers and site supers on a day-to-day basis
- Install underground core line/conduit layout distribution in electrical rooms
- Pull wire (power & low voltage), terminate devices, and install lighting
- Install electrical panels, terminating breakers
- Material, delivery management
- Layout, drill, wire circuitry for suite, corridors, and common areas
Qualifications:
- Journeyman/Red Seal Electrician certification
- FSR-B
- 4+ years’ experience in the electrical industry
- Experience in the residential/multifamily space
- Slab Experience (ground and up)
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Solid understanding of the electrical code and circuits
