Unique opportunity as Project Manager

We are offering a senior career role in our tight-knit team. We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to orchestrate and oversee all the office functions of construction projects. This person will have managerial oversight to create and ensure adherence to all processes. Through effective coordination and reporting, they will integrate with Site Supervisors for all on-site activities.

The Project Manager:

  • Provides office team leadership throughout construction project development
  • Coordinates and develops construction project schedules
  • Coordinates and secures all construction project-related contracts through his/her team leadership
  • Streamline and maintain bid management, change order and other processes with all stakeholders
  • Manages budgets, and scopes within approved limits
  • Interface and maintain a positive relationship with site supervisors, clients, and subcontractors and vendors
  • Ensure subcontractor and vendor Service Levels are met and verify they follow master agreements

 

Your qualifications:

  • 5+ years project management experience
  • 2+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager for residential construction/renovation
  • Proficiency in using office programs such as Construction industry software and Microsoft Office
  • High-level technical understanding of the Canadian Construction Industry, covering planning, scheduling, layout, quality control
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
